Very clean

Only issue homeless community comes on property to use plugs and they are sometimes loud at night. Other than that no issues

This staff was well respected and they help me out when I needed it the breakfast was delicious and the housekeeping was awesome always kind and helpful and always helped me do what I needed to get done sincerely yours Curtis reese

Just a little dark at night it's not a lot of lightings in the hallways and stuff doesn't make me nervous cuz it's a bad motel right beside it because that don't help but other than that it was good everything was great thank you

Always super clean

Our stay was decent overall. The location was definitely one of the best parts. it was surrounded by plenty of restaurants, shopping centers, and other conveniences, making it easy to find anything we needed. The pool was open and working, which was a nice bonus. We stayed in a king room that came with a working TV, microwave, coffee maker, mini fridge, iron and ironing board, and a hair dryer. The room had the basic amenities we needed for our stay.

There were a few downsides, though. We found one baby roach in the bathroom. Thankfully, it was the only one we saw during our stay. The hallways were also a bit unsettling at times. One woman was loudly yelling on the phone, and another time a man was sitting in the hallway around 6am asking people for a ride to the hospital. We offered to call him an ambulance, but he refused. We would have driven him ourselves, but we had an important commitment to get to. The situation felt a little strange since he declined medical transport. Breakfast was included, but it was disappointing. I went down around 7:50 a.m., and the only thing left was cereal—with no milk available and coffee. I don’t remember what the breakfast hours were, but I expected there to be more options at that time. Overall, the hotel was okay for the price because of its convenient location and functional amenities, but there are definitely some areas that could be improved.
