Breakfast was disgusting!! Wi-Fi wasn’t functional.

The lady at the reception was very rude!! Were it not for the polite security guard, I won’t have stayed.

Great location, about 2-3 miles from the Mall of America, great value, La Quinta’s are known for being clean and having great staff.

There was encounter with bugs. But nothing too major

Shattered glass doors taped up. Huge mold spots under sink. Staff upset when went to ask for more towels

Booking got my card compromised, when I got there they had my reservation but was double the price, the place was dirty, the ice machine wasn’t working, the shower door didn’t close so water leaked out causing a fall hazard, load people all night.

The hallway carpet was filthy, filthy. the rooms looked like what you pay to stay, there was a mice in our room Saturday/Sunday morning, no pool, and no elevator.

Bed and the breakfast was good.

Charged me a 50$ early check in fee that was not shown on the website when you book.

24 hour shuttle from Airport

Hallway smelled off but the room was fine No plugs by the bed Breakfast was weak - no protein or fruit Shuttle driver on return only dropped at terminal 1 when we needed terminal 2 and it was ok for me but felt bad for the elderly couple that had to navigate their way over with elevators escalators and tram. We were the only 3 on the shuttle and all needed the rental cars in terminal 2

Close to Airport and Mall of America. Decent for a cheap stay. But don't expect to much. It seemed clean, but is really old and could use an upgrade.

Breakfast was really bad, nothing to choose from. Bed were tired and in need of new mattress.

I stayed the night before my flight - and I was a bit nervous based on the previous reviews. I had a great experience with the staff and had no problems with the airport shuttle service.

Booked on line and when we got to the motel was informed you didn't accept my debt card. Should have been on the web site not informed toll arrived at the motel.

The breakfast wasn’t much to choose from. Orange juice was watered down.

Seemed run down. Needs remodel. Carpets are old and worn. Parking lots were not plowed very well. Hard to get around with all the snow piles everywhere.
