Decently clean and location good close to zoo
Pool was green and was sent an email before arrival saying they would need a 50 dollar deposit after I arrived. I had to pay 100 dollar deposit

Nothing there was no breakfast, no coffee, the rooms were dirty .. staff was just rude to us and other guests
All of it accept the location for the hospital

Immediately from checkin the man behind the counter was extremely rude, total attitude that he had to do his job to check me in. Then every time I seen him after that he was extremely rude as well. He even slammed a door in my face as I was trying to walk in the lobby. The room smelt like straight marajuana the entire stay which the last time I checked I’m pretty sure Is still illegal. The to top it all off you couldn’t go outside to your car without this guy walking around hounding you for change or a cigarette.

When I arrived to check in, I was told that I didn't have reservations. They would not use my confirmation number, plus after my stay I found that I was charged an additional room charge for 2 nights. I called the property and was told to contact my bank. My bank told me to contact the property. Meanwhile I am out almost two hundred dollars. The property was dirty, there was hair in the floor of my room and the top of the dresser behind the tv was covered in dirt and grime. No ice was available. It was just a horrible stay. I will not stay here again and I will not recommend this place to anyone.

the bathroom was dirty, tub was filthy like someone was staying there for years, the curtains was covered in holes. The first room we was in the heat didn’t work and the tub was horrible. then they gave us another room the hot water didn’t work and the covers had blood on them. So with that being said we ended our trip early.

I want a refund on the 16th ,17th stay. Got called a bitch by maintenance man, after he open door on me. I was in my robe on the toilet. I yelled from bathroom.. he came In anywY. 3 times. He kept closing door and opening without. There was no reason for him to be in my room. Then I was on phone with front desk, whe roommate was paying. The housekeeping came back a 4th time. . Whole I told them to contact the front desk. We are paying. The front desk lady came down and told me to respect the staff. These staff employees were not follow their procedures. They should of been talking yo their supervisor or front desk. Maintenance man did not answer his phone. Yes we changed rooms everyday. Because 1st day. There was no glass in the perk hole stopped up sink, 2nd day door bt kept us front being to get into our room. Front desk guy asked us to change room in the morning.. I asked and related messages. Lady said we didn't have need to. So when the guy came on his shift. We got locked our again. He made us move like at 10pm . Then the morning all of the harassment started. . I want a refund.. I will contact BBB and other hotel associations to be this meeting age out.

The TV is messed up and the comforter on the one of the beds looked nasty. There were just several things messed up in the room.

The rooms was dissatisfied to us I wouldn't recommend no one to stay there it looked like smokers lived there.
