AC/heater made clunking noises. Had to turn it off No stained in the sink drain. . .concerned I might drop an item down the sink! Did not like one-day toilet paper! No hand soap at sink!

our room was very comfortable and quiet. The bed and pillows were perfect. The AC was quiet. Breakfast was good and the eating area was spacious.

Lotion was not provided in the bath.

Staff was courteous. Spacious room.

Location was good for our purposes. The breakfast and breakfast room were nice. The staff was great. Several things didn't work in our room. The staff tried but could not fix everything. No TV for two days.

Really should have a working TV in a hotel room.

The property is very nice and the location works very well for us. It's very nice to have the BBQ place and the brewery "on the property". We don't travel with our pets but it's nice to know you accept them.

The room was really nice, clean and comfortable.

The first time we stayed there was a huge section of our comforter that had a pet urine stain and smell. The 2nd time my car was stolen from there and their security system wasn't up to date, so they haven't got the footage.

The staff was extremely rude. From checking in till leaving. No hello when we get there . She seemed irritated that she had to check me in. In the morning at 930 am the housekeeping banged on the door so freaking loud and screamed housekeeping and barged in our room. Check out is at 11 not 930 . I was so started it gave me anxiety attack . The staff needs retrained on the whole hospitality aspect of thier job. Probably won't go back to that location.
