Location, cleanliness of room and price.
I was surprised there was no phone, no microwave, no mirror in main room, only one regular coffee we did go get more each day, and one small bar of soap for sink and shower. No coffee or breakfast treats in lobby which that’s really no problem.

The location is great for access to downtown. It's cute and comfy.
Be warned there is no elevator if you end up on the second or third floor.

As soon as we arrived the staff at check-in were very friendly and helpful as far as parking after hours.
Loved that the fact that the inn was a short walking distance to the lovely town of Leavenworth.
The room was perfect and very clean with plenty of towels for the two day stay. We just felt like they cared and provided all our needs for a very comfortable stay.
Very pleased with the staff, room and privacy during our wonderful stay.
Everything was just perfect! Nothing to not like!

Room temperature, location, and beds were perfect. The towels, rags, hand towels and shower rug were all clean and looked brand new. When we discovered that the Fest Halle was next door we were both elated. The parking was free and exceeded my expectations. Lastly the toilet was made for an adult and the height of the toilet and length of the bowl made me very happy.
The fart fan was broken, the shower had a slow drain, and I told the clerk at check out about these maintenance issues.
