El tamaño de la habitación es excelente. Además, cuenta con una amplia cocineta y refrigerador grande. El acceso a la habitación es muy cómodo, por una puerta lateral. El personal del hotel, muy amable. Tiene cortinas blackout. Buen desayuno. La ubicación es muy buena.
En el baño, no hay espacio junto al lavabo para poner cosméticos y cosas personales. Las almohadas son excesivamente suaves.

The choices for breakfast were good. I ate only the cereal, banana and coffee. It was good, except the coffee seemed a little weak. Everything else was great and the fruit was fresh. Overall, good breakfast.

We arrived an hour early and upon attempting to check in. We were informed by Laura M. and was told to have a seat and wait 30 minutes in the waiting area to check in. I would’ve appreciated her telling us that they weren’t able to check anyone in until 3pm. Instead she left the front counter to stay in the restroom for 30 minutes until her shift was over and left us wondering who to speak to next. Poor communication and service.
