The staff

Dirty as hell. I think they changed management they are god awful.

The location was good and we had a couch so we could sleep 5 people

Could not find staff when needed. Went to the front desk for more towels and there was no one there. Had to hunt down someone to help me

Everything was ok except

Air condition was dumping water in the carpet. There was a bad musty smell, my wife had trouble sinus problems from.

Staff were very helpful specially Sai at the front desk. We really appreciate his welcoming attitude, smile and great recommendation for local restaurants.

Not enough help to keep breakfast stocked There was only one small light on the left side of the bathroom sink.

The bed was super comfy, and the full, free breakfast was a nice suprise.

Breakfast wasn't prepared for the person's that they were at the hotel. Long time to wait . People leave without it

Location and price

My party arrived an hour early for check in. Knowing we were early, we thought about asking to check in. The staff at the front desk offered to allow us to check in early IF we paid $20. We did not. Either the room is ready or not, and we should not pay an additional fee. After that experience, I doubt if we would stay here in the future.

The breakfast was boring and they always had a waffle iron broken and offerings would frequently run out before everyone had a chance to eat.

No body-wash dispenser. All tubs should be replaced with walk in showers (maybe a few tubs in a few rooms). Safety rails need in the tub/shower area. Better TV menu options. Signage was poor hidden by some greenery.

Out room was giving away before we arrived and they clerk didn't try to accommodate us better just said you have to book another room

I stay in a lot of hotels and this is the first time I had an employee walk in my room without permission. My family and I were relaxing in evening in room when I heard a knock I thought it was room across hall then are door opened and I said can I help you and it was guy from front desk and he says I was just checking how many nights you were going to stay . I am not sure but I believe he was going to mess with our stuff why else would he come in to ask that if no one answered when he knocked. To top it off we had the do not disturb sign on door handle. It was clearly booked for 2 nights in my conformation 4 months ahead of time and at time of check in so really not sure what he was planning to do but I will never stay at this location again because of this .

Breakfast was fine, location was good.

I didn't feel like it was as clean as should be. Needs some repairs and updating. Cushions in dining area was very worn out, other areas as well.

This location ease of access to local activities.

Room needs repairs to the bathroom ceiling look like it’s going to fall in. our was very moldy and musty smelling.

urine!!! urine all over the toilet and the floors were still dirty with dead bugs in the corner near the window and entryway to the room

Reasonable price. Comfortable rooms that seemed clean. There was a strong smell of bleach when we first walked in. The breakfast was good.

The manager seemed frustrated with me because I didn’t understand why I had to pay a separate deposit after paying for the room in full. It was very loud until at least midnight with kids running and jumping upstairs.

Air didn't work in the room. added extra money to the price on arrival.

My previous stay at another hotel was charged twice. Pending a return. Unable to reach a person in customer service. When I finally got them, the representative said that they would call back. I haven't heard from them 😕

Location was away from busy highway so it was quiet. staff was helpful. Room was nice and spacious. Breakfast was very good.

Furniture in breakfast area could have used new coverings, but I think the hotel is still renovating.
