The guy at the front desk was nice. We had a problem with our room as soon as we got in the room, the mini fridge had leaked water everywhere but he came up and fixed it for us and cleaned up the water.

That the pool was not open we had stayed last year and no pool so was hoping it would be open this year.

convenient to down town

The floor was filthy. We couldn’t walk barefoot. It turned our feet black. The beds were hard and the pool wasn’t opened. It had an overall grimy feel to it. There was a blood stain on one of the blankets.

The location was perfect we were just a few miles from wherever we needed to go.Plus one of the few hotels that have a smoking room fabulous plus.

The microwave didn't heat up and the air-conditioner leaked on the floor.

Very clean room that even smelled good when we walked in. staff was extremely friendly.

only issue was the shower water kept going from cold to hot

The view from the balcony was nice. Absolutely loved the spa tub! Nice, quiet area.

Bed was a little firm.

Location was amazing I didn't try the breakfast but really enjoyed my stay very clean and quiet. Staff was very nice and friendly.

Had roaches in the room they put us in and spider webs and trash where housekeepers didn’t clean the new room like should.

It was perfect and had a jacuzzi

The price AND the location

The advertisement stated the beds were queen. The beds were comfortable just not Queen as advertised.

it’s was closer my the lake

I have a rude guest staying up up top of my room was constantly stomping the floor over night and I call the first desk to ask them to call them to stop it but the staff said it’s new year eve but he try but two hours later on they did again so I went to the office to ask them can you please ask them again to stop because I have a bad headache and I can’t sleep.
