From the moment we walked in - the young lady at the front desk was so helpful! Our room was amazing and the beds were so comfortable. It was a short stay but really enjoyed our room!

They had me in a room on the first floor, so I was listening to the occupant on the second floor, who sounded like a pachyderm, woke me up in the middle of the night! As a Diamond Member of 26 years...I expect a little better treatment!! Don't you agree?
An upper floor room would have been nice.
