Convenient location to petrified Forest and there was a free breakfast and the beds were very comfortable!
Understaffed which was no fault of the Front Desk people. They were working as fast as they could but when we checked in it was one man with a line of six people. When we were checking out it was one lady checking people out and trying to keep breakfast stocked.

The woman at check in said that (somehow) we had booked 2 rooms thru different agencies, when we obviously only needed 1. She could not refund the cost of the second room directly, but once I talked to one of the agencies, she said she would see that the refund was made.
There was no soap for the bathroom sink.
