Fresh breakfast was great.
Bees in the pool. One of my family members was stung while in the water in the late evening.

The location was great! I love San Dimas! In the dining room I get something I never get anywhere else and that’s a chef making breakfasts for everyone! Loved that! The room was really nice.
They have no decaf pods in the room for coffee. And the machine downstairs in the dining room that dispenses decaf broke on my second day and I wasn’t able to have any coffee. They need decaf for people like me.
Also, the water faucet in my room hardly had any water coming out of it. That wasn’t good at all.

This is seriously one of the best hotels we’ve ever been to. I would live there if I could excellent customer service, delicious continental, breakfast and lovely, clean rooms plus the pool and Jacuzzi were great.
The only thing I can complain about is I wish my stay was longer

Location
Ants in our room, when I told staff they cleaned but the ants came back..when I told them again they’re shrugged their shoulders instead of maybe trying to accommodate and switch rooms..
