It was clean and easy to locate. Manager was friendly and helpful. Actually, all of the staff were friendly and helpful.
It did not bother me, but the hotel is very close to railroad tracks. I think I only heard a train maybe once a day though.

Nothing went well starting with checking in. Although the manager, Matt, acts extremely nice he is not. Both he and his wife must deal with difficult people and have learned to be very difficult themselves. Even if you can show them they are wrong they're right. Not!
The manager at this facility, Matt, lies. They did not accept the Booking.com reservation I had in hand claiming it didn't exist on their system. Although I had earlier contacted the hotel and they stated it wasn't in their system, Matt stated he would honor the price.

The room was clean and had good access.
The check in was good.
The breakfast was really good.
The only issue we had was no TV remote in the room and no one could find one.

Centrally located. Far enough off College Ave to be guiet. Lemon water at front desk is delicious!. Very comfortable bed. Has grab bars for shower/bath. Good parking.
Breakfast was ho hum for choices for diabetics. Scrambled eggs and sausage every morning.

The property was very clean and staff super nice. Good layout with breakfast area and had a pool+ hot tub.
Wish it was a bit closer to CSU but it’s not too far.

Very clean & staff was very helpful and had all around excellent customer services. Location was within 15 drive of Horsetooth Reservoir & CSU.
Hotel has a bit of wear, but was otherwise well maintained.

Our son attended CSU and this was a perfect spot for our visits. Situated behind REI and Old Navy, it is quiet (though one train goes by at night) and close to campus and downtown. You can walk to coffee and food.
Covid. At first is was a paper bag breakfast, but our last stay they had a continental breakfast. Nothing special. I usually had yogurt and a banana plus coffee. The coffee was good.

Perfect location for our our purposes, large room with sitting and work areas and large bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Large mini fridge and microwave.
It is a pet friendly hotel and the room smelled slightly musty/wet dog.
