The parking lot was mostly empty. The breakfast was only Okay. The lady at check in was pretty cool (I can't remember her name.)
The motorcyclists racing up and down Rte 1 all nite.
The elevator is SO SLOW.

A nice 25 minute walk to downtown Rehoboth, very large room with multiple beds, quiet and cute area.
Front desk staff seemed bothered by our presence, not very warm or friendly.

I really liked the staff. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. John in breakfast room was exceptional. He was friendly, efficient and was intuned to the needs of the guests. The pool was nice and clean. The shower was clean and the water flow was good and temperature hot.
While our room was a nice size, the room was full of moisture, and damp and moldy. The rug, cabinets had water smell and stains. It rained in our windows over our cooling unit on Friday 8/28. The ceiling had mold. The room was damp the entire time. The pull out bed was very old, musty and dirty. It was damp. We were afraid to put anything or ourselves on it. The freezer was coated with thick ice.

The location was great, less than a mile from the beaches in both directions, close to all the shopping and restaurants. Room was very spacious. Beds were clean and comfortable. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Always appreciate a hot breakfast when traveling with kids, and loved that someone on staff was available to make waffles for breakfast. It kept things moving!
I was disappointed that the room wasn't really clean to my expectations. The bathroom and entry floors were clearly not swept or mopped. The A/C unit was noisy, and when I got close to check it out, saw that it was very dusty. I get it can be difficult to stay on top of all wear and tear, but there were significant marks on the walls, fixtures that were in bad shape, visible dust on surfaces, etc. The pool was not open, which was a bummer when we skipped the beach due to possible rain.
