Comfort Suites Ocala North

Location is great, this is our family’s second time staying. Staff was very friendly , love the horse theme! It was a quiet, clean with decent prices.

The pool looked like it needed to be a little more cleaned

pleasant staff, generally quiet and comfortable room

light in bathroom was out exercise room had NO TOWELS, NO AIR CIRCULATION, NO MAT TO STRETCH, SMALL CUPS FOR WATER breakfast - other than a small piece of fruit that was hard to identify wrapped in plastic there was nothing fresh bugs in bathroom

Was at a good location for my 3 nights

Nice and clean also near the Interstate 75

The hotel website states multiple times that parking is free. When I checked-in, I was charged a higher price than the price I was quoted when I made my reservation. The staff member told me that the extra amount was for a parking fee that they began charging months ago. I said that website clearly says parking is free and she said they haven’t updated the website yet. It takes a few minutes to update a website. This is pure dishonesty. When I needed to check-out, there was no one working at the desk. There is no management whatsoever in this hotel.
