I liked the customer service, attitude toward the customer, visual aesthetic, and the location and accommodations

Lack of microwave in room. Also it would be really beneficial to keep one extra employee on staff in the kitchen during breakfast hours.

Clean and rooms were updated

Our bed was so comfortable and the location was great.

The shower needed some repair and had some mold in the bathroom and the bathroom was very cramped. Our door to the shower area was not positioned well so we couldn't access the sink etc without it being fully closed.

The location was great as it was about a 3 minute walk to the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had breakfast one morning and it was good. Lobby, Bar & Restaurant area was lovely. Pool looked very nice, didn't use during our stay

The hotel has some major issues with ventilation. The first room we were given smelled horrible, active mold on ceiling, walls and around vents. We immediately requested another room which was granted. The main area also had a very musty smell to it. The room we ended up in needed the HVAC filter changed, but at least this room didn't smell as horrible but still could see mold around air vents. I attached photos of room we ended up in. This hotel stay really left us with an impression that Hilton is dropping the ball on upkeep & health & safety standards. I would not stay at this location again
