I spent the 2 nights in the hospital from nitrogen being released in my room and I called them about it and they were very rude! I had to buy an extra night, because I had just gotten out of hosp. and he charged me more because of late fees he said. I will never stay there again.

They claimed I never checked in. Then Checked me in any way into a smoking room. Even though I said non smoking room. And charged me a higher rate. Due to the fact I didn't answer my phone when they called because they stated I was a late check in or a no show. Then also stated lucky to get a room because by me not answering my phone to confirm im coming. They didn't hab. To give me a room. And I actually have Never been treated like this with this particular person in management.

the receptionist was rude , there was roches in are room, the room was filled with smoke, it wasn’t clean at all. so me and my wife had to book another hotel because it was so disgusting. it’s seedy and not what it offered up front. I lost a nights stay there because the only gave me back two of my nights.

Staff was rude. It was so expensive for a “cheap hotel” There’s another Rodeway inn, I would check that out next time instead of this place. We found old food and a bunch of lottery tickets on the dresser. I didn’t expect much but this is probably one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed. Lots of traffic at night, people banging on doors and windows. There was also a big crack underneath the door. There was something splattered all over the bathroom door (coffee or soda maybe it was brown) I was visiting my mom and needed a place to stay for the night and if I would have known it would be over 100 bucks I would’ve gone somewhere else
