Great place for the value, no complaints.

The room was really nice and so was the lady at the desk the night that I checked him

Starting at roughly 8 AM every maid that works there, parked their cart, right outside of my door, where they all congregated laughing and talking so loud it woke me up. The only reason I got this room was to get a peaceful night of sleep. Needless to say that did not happen. Complete waste of money.

There was big clumps of hair in the shower. The sheets had bloodstains on them and the ac wouldn't blow. It was so hot I couldn't breath in the room and had to check in to another hotel.

The hotel was a good value and convenient to I 95. Shops and restaurants. Breakfast was ok. Scrambled eggs and sausage and other typical hotel breakfast foods were available. The pool area was nice although the pool was not heated and too cold for us to use..

Room could have been cleaner. There was a bobby pin and a used bar of soap left in the shower/ tub area, We only stayed one night so the bed was ok. But it may have not been good to sleep if I was staying for a few days ..

the room could have been cleaner. the staff was great and very helpfull. the breakfast was very nice also.

we didn't like that there were a lot of what seemed like long term residents that were just hanging around smoking pot. didn't make us feel very safe.

Our booking showed a queen bed. The bed we got was a double. The room had a strong, stale smell.

My husband and I booked our trip for New Years Eve to Melbourne. We had dinner reservations and returned from our night out and we were locked out of our room, our dogs were crated in our room and management wouldn’t allow us back in. we went to the front desk and management advised we were in violation of the pet policy. I told the front desk attendant that I booked this facility because it was pet friendly. Ultimately I felt so uncomfortable that I was locked out of my room where all my belongings were and my animals . Upon checking in I notified the front desk I had two dogs. The woman notified me everything was ok. When we saw our notice on the door and were unable to get into our room we went to the front desk and she advised us that the daytime attendant was a drinker and she makes mistakes. I’m so unhappy with our stay and we ended up packing up at 2am and driving 2 hours home.

Like the fact that we had two bathrooms and two good size beds.

No cooking utentils, no tea cups, no plates, no bottle or can opener, no toaster, no kettle, no clock/alarm,. No case carrier. No heating in lounge area. Safe locked could not use. Cigarette butts outside the door.. Take

convenient to highway and pleasant people to check us in and out.

We didn’t eat breakfast there, we had to leave early. The room was clean and the staff was nice. The price was very affordable to us compare the room you stayed.

We didn’t like the noisy from the road and the parking lot.

Great location for Melbourne Airport, restaurant, shops etc

The rooms are very clean, the staff is Nice and helpful. We were there to see our orthopedic surgeon. When we see him, we always stay at the Melbourne All suits Inn. It's like your own apartment.

There isn't anything to dislike.

pool was nice.

our entire room was musky and wet, we would have moved rooms if it weren’t the middle of the night. all of my clothes got wet as a result and the floor was so slick you could’ve slipped and fell.
