It was close to my Job I was doing

That I asked for my TV in my room to be fixed because it would just shut off. Nobody never fixed it or put a new one in my room. I was and am upset about that.

The hotel was dirty. It didn’t give me a safe comfortable vibe. There were sketchy people hanging out in the hotel. There were cock roaches running up walls.The shower didn’t work .

It's been over 30 days but istillhave not received my 100.00 deposit back. When I che ked in the staff clearly told me it would take 5 to 10 business days.Yet it has been over 30 and I'm still waiting.. Totally not happy about this matter.

Horrible, smelly, dirty rooms that were not maintained. Carpets not vacuumed, hairs in bathroom, cracked sink, damaged walls. Asked for another room as first room reeked of cigarette smoke. Loud arguments happening in the middle of night outside our door. Breakfast area was unsightly, dirty and we daren’t touch anything for fear of food poisoning. Police were there dealing with addict who was helping himself to the breakfast.

Noisy, everything so old and 🤢 was even scary walking to the room . And even worse walking to the parking lot , they took a $100 dollar refundable deposit and still they haven’t returned back to my card .cigarettes smells all over .

You paid for what you got. The sink didn’t work properly, the bathroom door didn’t close because one of the hinges was ripped out of the wall, room service didn’t clean the room, the furniture was stained and the staff weren’t friendly but they weren’t unfriendly either, they were just kind of there.

Definitely need renovation doors on rooms are old looks like a homeless shelter hallways smell like weed had somebody leave a note on my car asking for drugs checked out after the first night windows are filthy curtains need to be replaced bathrooms need a upgrade toilets finish peeling off inside toilet shower curtains are filthy didn’t feel safe staying there construction noise at 1am in the morning complained to the front desk during check out was told I’d get a refund for 2nd night that never happened would never stay there again
