I like the front desk check in, the staff, also the cleanness of the room.

The only thing I didn't like was the jacuzzi tub didn't work.

Room was spacious, ironing board & iron available yet had nowhere to hang clothes. I liked the set up of a desk just wrong place in the room for it. The microwave worked & was clean. Staff was nice.

No toilet paper holder. Looks like wall was repaired where the holder once was. No safety bar in shower. Tub was extremely slick. I slipped a couple times. No shelf to put soap/toiletries on in shower. No table for the armchair. TV was very grainy. Had no channel list & searched awhile to see what was playing & time on guide was off. Alarm was not telling correct time. The fridge was loud. The lamp charge plug-in was broke & had to use the other lamp to charge phone. I can forgive 1 or 2 things but there was a lot not quality. Breakfast was a joke. Raisin Bran (I don't eat ceral), small & hard bagels (no thank you for more than 1 breakfast in a row), or waffles ( I like cinnamon on mine). Only grape jelly offered. The muffins were tiny & not labeled as to what flavor they were. Small apples for a fruit choice. I would have liked banana on my waffle. The cabinet door under the waffle maker was disgusting, had batter poured all over it & the coffee outside the breakfast room was so nasty. There are instructions on the coffee can on how to properly make that or the coffee maker needed a couple cleaning cycles run. The pool looked beyond gross. Black sludge in each corner, leaves on the bottom. Couldn't exercise or relax in it.
