Sleep Inn Springfield West

Great location with lots of retail stores and restaurants.

During check-in I was told there would be a $50 hold placed on my account for incidentals, and that it would be returned during checkout as long as everything was okay. It is now days later and I still have a $155.51 hold on my account from Sleep Inn and the person at the property has basically called me a liar and told me that they only held $50 and that it was returned at checkout. This is very disappointing because I’m going to be traveling to this location for the next several months and was going to book with this property again. Please do better, Sleep Inn/ Choice Hotels.

Decent place. They DID have a breakfast, which (if I recall) other reviewers said they don't have. It was clean. I like to bring a black light to hotels to see what they clean and what they don't, and they did a good job on that room.

The other renters...some noisy ones in there, but that's to be expected pretty much anywhere anymore. The sink was a little wonky, it drained poorly.
