Breakfast Nice size rooms The space around the bed closest to the window was limited, so it made it hard to get out the bed without waking others.

They charged me double for the room so I have to deal with getting that fixed.

they put me in a room that has previously had pets in it when I specifically asked for them NOT TO. I have 2 WORKING SERVICE DOGS they were distracted by the other scents left behind by previous animals. this could have cost me my life. UNACCEPTABLE

The person who checked us in was rude and argumentative. The heater was SO LOUD we couldn't sleep at all. I let the person I was checking out with know the situation and they acted as if I was bothering them. Didn't offer an apology just ok cool I'll let maintenance know. And dont get me started on the stains on the couch. 2/8 will never stay again.

Sleeping would have been nice

The room had repair needs issues. Carpet was torn and frayed where it met the walk-in entrance. The carpet tacks were exposed and I stepped on them, which did not feel good. The bathroom floor was very filthy and frankly, disgusting. The grout is black and the corner of the walls where they meet the tub had grime and hair accumulated.

that it was too cold in the area of the pool and hot tub and we asked if heat can be turned up in there and we were told no.

The location was perfect! We were in town for Navy Bootcamp Graduation. We arrived earlier than expected and we were able to check right in. We had drove from upstate NY so we were very appreciative that we were allowed to check in early. Plenty of places around to eat. It was a great experience for our short trip!
