Doors on side never locked always left open very dirty on both ends of hotel parking lot construction stuff

The breakfast was great. And so was the staff.

How we had to go ask for more Towels for the pool they didn't have to stocked.

Front desk person was great, even found & returned my wife's wallet! Breakfast was ok. Eggs were great but bagels were stale.

No where in booking did it mention that this hotel was being remodeled. There were workers in & out at all times & they kept the outer doors propped open for easy entry, NOT SAFE!

I wasn’t too crazy about the breakfast. There was not a lot of choices and a lot of the beverage machines and cream, for the copy were broke.

The pool door was open right next to check in. No one wants that volume during check in.

Room was quiet and comfortable. Plenty of parking. They offer breakfast at 6:00 to 9:00 A.M. Staff was pleasant. Overall, for the price was a good deal. If you are looking for an inexpensive stay, this is the place.

They are doing remodeling, so the hallways and lobby are kind of messy with contractor work. The elevator was slow and kind of creepy. If you are looking for luxury, look elsewhere.

I was impressed with breakfast. I wasn't expecting fresh eggs and sausage.

COFFEE. I'm picky about my coffee. That stuff they had you can't drink. You could tell a coffee drinker didn't pick that brand.

Room was very clean bed was extremely comfortable very quiet even they were doing light renovations the cooked portion of breakfast can use some improvement overall I was very satisfied.

It was clean, good location.

breakfast was less than average, coffee was weak.

Bed was comfortable, and room included a fridge and coffee maker, as I had requested. Also, a microwave.

The alarm clock didn't work, and when I called the front desk for a wake-up call (per the instructions on the phone), I was told they didn't do that. The window drapes were tattered and in need of replacement. In the bathroom, the mirror was damaged and the shower didn't function correctly.

credit card machine didn't work so had to pay cash... breakfast bar closed at 9:30 couldn't even get coffee after that. Carpets are very dirty... my feet turned black from walking on them. Almost forgot to give me back my deposit I had to ask for it.

construction going on, hallways were dirty buckets in the hallway for leaks, anytime we had a question we had to wait for the person at the front desk to call someone for an answer. our room smelled like sewage, black stuff was coming up through our shower drain. they left the side door open all night and no one was ever at the front desk so it didn’t feel safe. the list goes on. I wish I would have taken more pictures but this is what I got.

First key to room once I opened it there was a man in there who was booked in same room. Fire alarm battery went off first thing in the morning and woke us up.

needed updates in the bathroom. tile floor was damaged and wall by tub needed repairs. the faucet leaked and the water pressure in shower was not up to par.

The hotel could use renovations, but it was clean. I skipped on the breakfast after looking at it. Some may find something they like.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff interaction was minimal, but no complaints. The hotel just does not give the appearance of a "great place to stay". But for me the location is perfect. I would say the cost reflects what you can expect. A comfortable and clean place to stay, but really nothing special.

Bathroom towels are not soft at all. Toilet paper is cheap and rough.
