Nothing not clean a very very bad smell , couches in room dirty and old need to be up dated carpet had stains in it , floor in bathroom was cracked and broke had to be careful getting out of the shower , towels are dirty and not white looking could not wait to check out

We have stayed there before and it is convenient and was nice in the past.

The floor was down to the concrete and the furniture was all scratched and marked up. The white bedspread had a blood stain at the top far side of the bed. I didn't call for a new blanket or cover because after a long day traveling I didn't notice until I turned my side of the bed down to go to bed. My husband was already asleep. I carry a small blanket with us while traveling and took it out of my suitcase and folded the bedspread off the bed. I was not really happy with breakfast selection. Something gave me stomach Licramps after eating. When ask if the pool or hot tub was open the desk clerk gave a ugly look and said I need to ask. They replied it back it will be open later tonight.

The bed and pillows were super comfortable.

The bathroom was not very clean. The lady at the front desk was not extremely friendly.

Room was very clean and breakfast was really good as always! My go to place when staying in Owensboro.

The hotel was closed - had to book at another location.

I've stayed at this location several times in the past. The staff is great however the current owner leaves much to be desired. The hotel is definitely showing wear and tear and needing updating.

it was modern and bright.

The entrance door did not work properly. the front doors slammed shut on my 90 year old Mother. They would not release. I had to yell for help for quite some time before I could get anyone to come and help. When I checked out the next day, the manager asked me how my stay was, and I told her it was great except for the door incident. She had not been told. wow. I expected someone would reach out to check on her but no one did.

the front desk clerk whe we checked in was very intoxicated and rude. also she cussed out a customer on the phone while we were checking in

Location was great

When checking in they tried to charge me twice. Then the same staff locked the door to the pool saying it was closed for problems although we had just seen people leaving the area. couldn’t even purchase a soft drink and all vending machines were empty. We picked this hotel because of the indoor pool so very disappointed in our stay. paid $157 for a mediocre room.

This is a tremendous value. Front door was broken but room was nice and staff was pleasant. Enjoyed our stay . Would recommend

Got up too late for breakfast, so went to Denny's (right up the road); clean, comfy, spacious! Easy, friendly check-in.

I think the desk lamp was shorted out (maybe not), but I unplugged that just in case. Could use a phone jack on both sides of the bed.

Bed was super comfortable and breakfast was excellent.

Pieces of potato chips were left on the sofa. Room needed to be vacuumed better.

the breakfast was very good. the beds were comfortable and clean. the location was perfect, right by everything.

the pool was terrible! mold on the walls, no ventilation system just open windows. ceiling was falling apart.

Doors didn't open when I arrived. I thought they were locked. Knocked on door but no one at the desk. Had to call them in the phone standing outside in the cold. Attendant told me doors weren't working and would have to pry them open. After check in, my key card did not work..Called Attendant and said she would give me a new card. So had to take all my stuff and go downstairs to the get the key. Their TV guide of the channels on TV did not match what was on TV. The refrigerator in the room froze my food..Tub was so slick when I went to get it, my foot slid and banged my knee against the tub. Now I have a huge bruise. Needless to say I won't be staying her again.

It’s clean, I feel safe there & rooms are well equipped, quiet & everytime I have stayed I’ve been pleased with my stay. Thank you for the hospitality 😊
