breakfast was very good
We are sorry that we booked through Booking.com The staff was absolutely great at Waterville but Booking .com tried to get away with booking TWO rooms instead of ONE that I had written confirmation on.

Booking.com booked 2 rooms for a one night stay. I booked only ONE room and have confirmed paperwork as proof. The hotel acknowledged the error and charged me for only one room. However booking .com has not acknowledged this. I refuse to pay for an extra room when it was THEIR ERROR . Please let me know this can be resolved shortly and send me an email confirming this.
I have used booking.com throughout this holiday but this is making me think not to use it in the future nor recommend it.

The staff and location were nice. Did not realize there was so much construction in hotel at the time. Breakfast was not very good at all. The food tasted all premade boxed. Please get rid of the pancake 3D printer. It was so nasty! Normally there is plenty of fresh fruits and they only had bananas and zero varieties of breads for toasting. Also coffee machine broke three times and worker said o well Dunkies is down the street.

"Wir haben in dem breiten, bequemen Bett sehr gut geschlafen. Bei guten Wetter hätten wir sicher auch die Möglichkeit genutzt, Downtown mit einem kurzen Fußmarsch zu erreichen."
