Top for us- The beds were clean and comfortable! & it was close to the shops, especially Target which was our main reason for travel. The staff was lovely upon arrival and the room was very clean.

Breakfast was good and Chris was very nice and helpful. She was genuinely friendly and enjoyable to talk to!

The elevator was too slow. And so we took the stairs to the 2nd floor. The stairs have an overhanging lip and I tripped going up the stairs and hit the wall and fell on my knees. I would recommend to do something with them so that someone doesn't hurt themselves more seriously than a couple of bruises.

very outdated, cracks in tub/shower unit and very old. very overpriced for such a small outdated room.

i like how its close to everything shopping wise

at chek in the receptionist wasn’t very nice i tought i was interagated by a police officer very blunt and dry then she put us in a room with 1 wieen bed we were 2 and asked for 2 beds then saw another staff wich wasn’t a receptionist she was awsome and helped us get the right room etc

cobwebs in the corner of the ceiling. wallpaper bubbled, old, needs replaced! Door looked like someone tried to pry it open, very hard to open, the peep hole in the door was filled with what looked like toothpaste…gross! carpet was stained in several spots! bedding was a duvet sandwiched between two flat sheets! Not much breakfast left at 9:30am when it says full breakfast available until 10am It really needs an update! I will stay elsewhere when I’m back in Bangor!
