The jacuzzi jets were a bit crazy!

Arrived at night tired family traveling. Our room was ok but not enough towels left for us four people and no bedding for the pull out. Once we got all we needed and all set like pullout bed made and kids in shower - we found out toilet didn't work. Only option was to pack everything back up and move rooms. Front desk apologized and offered a compensation. Next morning went to front desk and the woman working was rude and in all honesty a downright liar. No compensation was ever given to us for their lack of staff and the morning front desk woman should NOT be in the hospitality industry.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was fine. Everything was fresh and hot and refilled when needed without asking.

Didn't get to try it. Went down at 9:00 and there wasn't any hot food left.

Our room was clean in every aspect except the floor needed vacuumed. Crumbs in front of desk area.

event in meeting room was like a disco, loud, our room was right above the loud speaker staff promised it would be over by 10:00pm at 10:30 pm it was still going on we left the hotel we wanted a hotel so we could sleep. we could not sleep. my brother got a migraine and we had to leave for his health.
