I like the breakfast and is was clean places

The rooms were clean, comfortable and recently updated. The staff was accommodating locating my daughter's family nearby our room. It was easy to request early check-in via text for $20. The location was good for our needs.
The included breakfast was pretty minimal. We decided not to take advantage. Not really an issue but the outside facade was being worked on (painting, etc) so parking areas were briefly affected by equipment.

Construction and smell.

Location
The smell and didn’t feel like it was clean. I wouldn’t use the shower or walk barefoot in the room. We used a black light on the bedding and found stains
