No frills, seems clean, maid did good job. Well located, quiet.

Not against this particular establishment, but such basic motel rooms used to be at least 40$ cheaper per night. The minifridge in my room was more a freezer than anything….

Convience, location, last minute, price, past experience, handicap friendly, love the manager. She is so pleasant.

Couldn't turnn the tv on. Unit 24. I DIDN'T CALL THE OFFICE SO IT'S MY OWN FAULT. The entrance door didn't have a tight seal (there were spots where sunlight shined thru.

Very clean, comfortable, kind owner/manager. Quiet. Easy to find. Comfortable beds.

The price was high but economy is hard on everyone. Only decaf coffee packets in our room. No coffee or snacks offered. Couldn't find HBO channel as advertised.

We checked in around midnight so I was very happy when someone actually came to the door to check us in. The room was as expected and provided a good value for what we needed.

Floors are pretty loud (older building), "breakfast room" was being used as a storage room for a moped even though they advertise a free breakfast, the wifi is a bit sketchy in that you have to affirm that your accepting the Wifi "as is".... My paypal account was hacked the next day... While I'm not sure if this has anything to do with their Wifi, the timing seems suspicious.

the room was dirty. mistress and sheets stained. beds extremely uncomfortable and small. room in bad shape and extremely overpriced. false advertising, no breakfast. and Wi-Fi barely works. I wouldn’t stay here again

The front desk lady who apparently runs the place was very nice and accommodating .

There were so many houseflies that we had to have killed at least 150.  The  there was the red-headed rude housekeeper, who was the reason we finally left early.  Earlly one morning she pounded on our door, and being awoken to pounding on a hotel room door is not a fun experience as my partner and I both run stores and close late, having to be there until 930 and then drive an hour to the hotel each night.  I got up and answered the incessant pounding and was greeted by a housekeeper who demanded that we tip her for the hours she had spent cleaning the room and that we let her in to get our trash.  First off, the front desk lady who runs the hotel said she had cleaned the room and only took a few moments because we are very clean and organized people.  Second, we never tip until we leave, and usually tip 100$ a week even though we request no housekeeping and leave maybe two small trash cans with some trash.  So I told her she couldn't have spent hours cleaning but I would bring her the trash, to which she began yelling again so I shut the door and grabbed the half a small trash can of trash and brought it to the door and opened it to hand it to her.  She then said that she couldn't believe that was all we had from the last few days, then noticed my partner in the bed.  She then said "wait there is someone else in here?". Which was none of her business and I booked the room for the two of us and the front desk knew my partner was with me.  So I said that was none of her business.  She didn't like that and started yelling that she wanted to be let in to make sure that was all the trash.  I shut the door in her face and walked away.  I told the front desk later that day and got no resolution.  So I packed our stuff and left for another hotel four days early with no refund.  The front desk offered no refund or anything and then reported that we didn't pay for our stay which we did.
