The breakfast was decent. Nothing unusual but the staff was friendly and helpful

The carpentry and attention to detail in the room and bathroom were of poor quality. There were gaps where the flooring didn't meet the wall, cheap furniture and the overall look of the room didn't match up with the glowing reviews.

Nice location close to highway, restaurants and a coffee shop.

This hotel seemed better on paper than what is was. Buildings were old and definitely in need of an update. Musty smell everywhere. My daughter found a white pill or candy from the floor which was alarming. Breakfast was good but many items had ran out and no one would fill the empty shelves even though there was still over an hour of breakfast time left. This hotel should have not been this expensive. At check in they automatically added me on Confort Inn loyalty program without even asking if I want to join. I thought that was a little questionable.

Staff really nice

The room was wonderful. It had 3 queen beds and plenty of room. Room had a large TV. The staff is extremely pleasant. Has a good breakfast.

Not a lot to dislike. This facility has no downside to it.

The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The staff was very nice and told us the best places to eat. All in all,it was a good stay.

Hotel was clean and front desk staff was very accommodating. Perfect location with easy access to whatever you may need when visiting Fallon. We would definitely use again.

The only issue which is not a complaint is that the A/C was not quite capable of keeping up with the extreme heat but we had this same issue at home. We stayed at the hotel during the extreme heat wave that the entire western states experienced over the Labor Day weekend.

Front desk staff was very helpful to an elderly guest in front of us who panicked thinking he lost his credit card. They took the time to listen and help. He found it in his wallet.
