Rather than driving from the Buffalo, NY area in the wee hours of the morning, I choose to stay the night locally so that I can be at the Elmira Hamfest early. This is my second year staying here.
The place is definitely showing it's age.

Bed was very clean, fairly comfortable, AC worked great and was very cool, and room appeared generally clean. We didn’t use the shower or TV, so I’m not sure how they are.
Some things in the room were not very nice, as an outlet cover was busted and hanging off, the sink was cracked, and the door to the room appeared to have a bit of a gap. The power went out during the night, and our AC came back on, but our lights were not working anymore which was frustrating.

Great location closed to the grocery stores, highway and shopping .
I would only suggest for accessibility to have an elevator
