The location was good. The room was clean and well lit. The breakfast was very poor. The bathroom sink drained extremely slowly.

The location is the only thing that is good. It is right off the interstate. The whole place and front desk smelled like pot. The door that says it is locked 24 hrs was open all night, so anyone could come in without the key. My family and I felt that the Quality Inn was shady.

The whole place smelled like pot. The front desk check in person smelled like pot. Very shady place. The door outside that says it is locked 24 hrs a day, was not locked anyone could just walk in without the key. Very runned down, needs updates and better personal.

The card key & the door mechanism was very difficult to open.

Did not eat the breakfast. The location was good based on where I was visiting.

In the room assigned, the smoke detector beeped every 2 minutes all night. We arrived late, around 12:30 am. When I went to inquire about another room. The only other room available was the room next door and the light did not work. We stayed in the room with the beeping. I mentioned to the individual at the desk in the morning (9:30am) about the beeping (different person from when we checked in). The individual said they would have maintenance check it. We did not return to the room until around 9:30pm and before I entered the room I could hear the beeping continuing. I inquired about it and they moved us to the 2nd floor for the night. Very disappointed in the room, the service was pleasant but the fact that the beeping was not addressed is concerning.

It is badly in need of an update, not well cared for.

The wall paper was pealing, the carpet was dirty and the bed comforter had stains.

The room was dirty, hair on the bed, dirty bathroom floor. I did call to try to speak with the manager several times, but was told that they were managing multiple properties and to call back at another time (which I did, but to no avail).
