I got to my room late after a day at Cedar Point. Got the kids tucked into bed and the room was cold so I turned on the register. It immediately smelled like the room was on fire, within 30 seconds the smoke alarm was going off. I turned off the register and opened the door to air it out. Called the front desk. They offered for us to pack up and move rooms but 3 kids were already in bed and trying to sleep at this point. Kids wanted to stay put. So we slept in room without heat, but it didn’t get too cold that night so it was fine. On checkout the Front desk apologized and stated I would receive a partial refund for my troubles. I was billed full price for the room and never received any discount.

I really liked the beds. Not too soft and not hard like a rock.

Room was dirty and falling apart . My Mattress haas dead flies on the mattress u see the pad . Very dusty and smelled like wet basement

Clean rooms. Comfortable beds and pillows.

Everything was excellent. Great staff, very clean, beautiful room. Great location. Quiet. Easy on site parking.

The staff was absolutely amazing. The young lady that checked us in was very friendly and helpful, and when our hotel room had cold water she was very responsive and helped get it fixed for us. The young man who checked us out the next morning was also very friendly, lively, & positive. So appreciated the customer service.

The shower had mold in it, the shower did not have hot water (at first - maintenance came later), breakfast did not have many healthy options.
