It was mostly clean & comfy.

Room located right next to elevator, noise level was not good for restful night. Had to put a deposit on a card “for incidentals” (not like they have room service) even though had paid for room in advance online, so card was on file. Disappointed Booking.com did not make me aware of this at time of booking.

I stay here several times a year as it is in great proximity to my work here. The staff is friendly and helpful, the breakfast is a wonderful way to start my day and I love chatting with the employees...I always feel like this is my home away from home and I truly am with family. I appreciate that...thank you Comfort Inn.... You help being away from home a whole lot easier.

I can't think of a negative. I am taken care of very well. The beds are comfy, the room is cozy, I can bring my meals in if I choose and warm them up in the microwave and store leftovers in the fridge....just like at home! I like being able to come "home" and relax with a warm meal and a comfy chair.

Staff was very friendly. Hotel was close to food and easy access to the freeway.

Facilities are on the older side and beginning to get a bit run down, but still maintained.

Very clean, close to the highway. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The complimentary breakfast started at 7am because it was a weekend, but we were leaving at 5:30am. They had coffee ready and also offered us some of the premade muffins, etc.

We didn't use the kitchen facilities except for getting coffee

this is the first time I have ever been asked for a security deposit for a room at any hotel. Even when I was overseas. So that set me back. I couldn't not throw the deadbolt on the door because the door lock was out of alignment with the door frame. Bathroom door had been hit and there was a hole in the door. Bed mattress needed to be changed because me and my wife rolled toward each other while sleeping.

I visited a lot of family, and it was centrally located for my travels.

It needed a few more coffee pouches and tissues. Being on the third floor, the water pressure was low.

Hotel was clean and well kept. Smell of chlorine in the lobby was strong. Staff was courteous and nice.

For a weekend stay, suggest they extend their breakfast hours past 9:00 am. That was very annoying

The hotel was clean. I did travel with a small dog. I think they put me in a room in the section of the hotel designated for other pet owners. A bit noisy. Next to the pool and bathrooms. Otherwise the room was clean, bed was comfortable and met my expectations. Close to a Starbucks, McDonalds, Meijer and gas station. Right off the interstate so convenient location.

Some sound did come through to walls.

we declined housekeeping but they came into our room while we were gone, and key card didn’t work on outside door and it was cold and raining while us and another couple were trying to get it to work, then it didn’t work for our room either, come to find out they had to re-do our cards
