Staff is always great ! Restaurant food is good and beds are very comfortable

The coffee in the room ( regular blend ) was not good . Need to switch to a better blend

Location was very convenient and rooms well maintained

Stayed 3 nights and housekeeping didn’t check the room after the first night also ice machine on floor was not working and there was no ice bucket

We are friends who were traveling for a class at Sue Spargo's shop. The suite was clean, and well suited to our sharing the space. Very close to our destination. Would choose this location again. Staff encounters were good.

Televisions in suite didn't work. Staff attempted to repair, but were unsuccessful. Poor streaming connection. Breakfast, was horrible, bacon was burned, every slice in the warmer was literally black. Eggs not warm enough, potatoes overcooked, dry, waffles, cold. Huge disappointment with the food. Would never buy the breakfast.

The guy at the check in was helpful in helping me get a quiet room. I heard nothing on the first floor. I was worried that an upper floor would would hear road noise based on its location and construction noise on due to the road work being done. He also handled the issue with booking and the hotel calmly even though its a known issue.

Many reviews stated that there would be a problem at check in if I used booking.com. The guy at the desk helped me out but it did take 20 mins to check in. No free breakfast and paid breakfast was not better then free at most hotels. The road in front of the hotel is under construction so its a disaster to get in and out. The hot tub does not work and there doesn't seemed to be a hurry to fix it. There was no way to get into the hotel with out going past several people smoking out front. My wife has asthma and can not tolerate it. I wish I knew how to get the cleaning crew to clean rooms during a multi day stay. I received a text to let them know if I wanted cleaning to which I replied but no one cleaned my room.

Room was spacious & comfortable. Check-in was quick and friendly. Joe helped us with our bags, he was super nice and went out of his way to get us a desk chair. Burgers/ fries were excellent and drinks were perfect.

Didn't have enough supplies for our 2 night stay. Had to request towels, tp, tissues -I know it's hard to store extras in room but for the room price those items need to be readily available. In shower pump was out of body wash- this is a pretty basic requirement.

Great bar staff and facilities.

The rooms up on the 4th floor were very loud thru the night. Made for a rough night.
