The location was ideal and scenic.

Good location, room was clean and comfortable.

Wifi was not functioning, advised staff but the problem was not resolved. We found that the jacuzzi was not working, as the jets would not turn on. The room phone did not work. The door to the building on our side of the hotel would not grant us access. At breakfast, while waiting in line to get food, an extremely rude employee advised us that she was shutting down breakfast. This was 10 minutes early. She then continued to go on and on about the situation, belittling people for not coming to breakfast earlier, so we did not eat. Brought up the problems during checkout and was advised that some of those things were known issues. Paid over $200 for a room that did not provide what was advertised, without as much as an apology.

The location is perfect for us to quickly visit with family, the reason for our visit. The rooms are very quiet. Breakfast was fabulous. Staff was super nice and very helpful.

The pullout bed mattress was a bit uncomfortable, barely covering the springs. I would recommend either putting a memory foam mattress pad in the room to use or having one available from the front desk. That would be a great addition!

Room was awesome. Bathroom was big , I could get in and out of the shower well ( I am disabled and need a shower chair). Pool was open. Breakfast was great. It was quiet while we slept.

Front desk was unable to instruct us on how to use the disable pool chair. I still got in the pool just needed some help maneuvering the steps.

The shower diverter didn't work in my room. Told the front desk. They sent housekeeping to fix the issue. It was resolved
