They young lady (I am sorry for not remembering her name) that was working the 3 to 11 shift was amazing. Always had a smile very friendly and had a wonderful personality. All other staff were very nice and friendly.
I believe it was either the owner or manager was not very pleasant. When they came to clean they took the towels and left one towel . No ice bucket left trash wasn't emptied. I had to go ask for a ice bucket and towels when they brought towels I got two wash cloth and a hand towel for two adults. I was told that was all he had. I had to wait for awhile for my towels and ice bucket. The parking is ridiculous. Not enough of it.

Cleanliness water was extra hot and the pressure
The hallway way a little dirty carpet and walls needed to be repainted due to looking like there is one coat in them

could have been Cleaner. Floors were messy, water on the floor, ice machine was loud enough to hear it down the hall. Smoking from what I think might have been staff right outside the door when I arrived. Didnt use the pool so can not comment on that. Breakfast was ok
