We Travel often and come there often and we always get an out. Side Room, which I would prefer an inside room but it is what it is. It was clean in the bed was fairly comfortable. The staff was wonderful. As always, I do not like the fact that now you have to put a $200. Deposit down to stay in your room. For one night we come there all the time. And that's a big hit to have to wait to have that money. Put back on your card it took three days, otherwise everything was good.

I didn't like the $200 charge. You had to put down on your card to stay one night. It took 3 days to have it. Put back on our card when you're traveling. That's a great inconvenience. We travel frequently and we stop at your hotel every time we come through. It's so it is a great inconvenience for us. It may make a difference the next time we come through.

Convenience

It was suppose to have hot continental breakfast bar and did not. Pool and hot tub was nasty looking, carpets nast. Everyone in our group had issues with being dbl or triple charged/billed and there was no management to correct it. Folks were left with messed up bank Accts overdrafts etc.

Bed was clean and comfortable

Stayed two nights and alarm went on and no one come to fixing it despite we told the staff that we can’t sleep.

Everything good

The room was clean. Maintenance responded quickly.

Pool was very cloudy. Elevator was in need of repair.

when we stayed there they advertised a heated pool on their sign, WiFi, and tv. Well when we arrived the pool was under construction like no water at all, the WiFi was down and the tv didn’t work the whole time we were there. when I called to ask if someone could come help fix the tv it took hours and they still never came. and said they couldn’t give me a answer as to why everything wasn’t work and was kind of hateful about it. I definitely won’t be staying at this location again!! worst hotel experience ever!!!

pool and hot tub under construction and no notice. dirty in the room and outside area. sink stopper not in sink. smelled like dope when we entered the room, lamp shades askew. find a better place to stay. yucky

Breakfast was the only good thing.

I didn't like anything but the breakfast, when I got there to check in they said that the room I booked was not available so I ended up having to pay more for another room. I wasn't happy but whatever that's not even the worst part. Got to the room and it smelled like mildew or mold or something, it was awful. The refrigerator didn't work, the beds were so uncomfortable. My kids were so excited to swim because they had an indoor pool and I wanted to get in the hot tub by the pool. We got in and the water in the pool and hot tub smelled like nail polish remover. My daughter broke out in a rash all over her body. We immediately got out and there were no towels, two of the women that worked there were walking by and I asked for towels for us and they kinda laughed at us and were speaking another language and just kept walking so I sent my husband to get the towels out of the room. This is absolutely they worst hotel ever I would not recommend. Only one light in the room worked.
