Comfort Suites Kilgore

The place was immaculately clean and well maintained, the staff were exteremly helpful and friendly, a special mention to the lovely lady at the check-in desk, I forgot my sun glasses at the front desk and she carefully kept it safe and called my room to let me know that I had forgotten my glasses and she had kept it safely in her custody and I could come to the front desk and collect it, such professionalism and honesty sets an exteremly positive mood for the customer and I would recommend the place to anyone visiting the area...cheers

Friendly Staff, central location comfortable.

Heavy smell of cleaning products in the hallways.

An older hotel a little older but well kept up in nice and clean. The staff was very nice. The free breakfast in the morning was set up very nice and the people were very helpful. I don’t know who the lady was taking care of it at the time we were there, but she was very nice. We would stay here again.

There was nothing that we didn’t like on our first stay here at this property.

Lobby was nice. And the Christina the breakfast assistant was wonderful!!! Front desk clerk was helpful with advising on eating locations.

The shower head was gross, the door frames were damaged and falling apart. The beds were very hard. The elevator was broken and was a little concerning.
