So spacious! Very clean and smelled nice. Lots of storage for those staying longer than a night or 2. A good size desk for working. Plenty of clean towels, even one for the floor.

Like all hotels, it didnt get cold enough at night. But that's just a personal preference. Could've done without the feather stuffed comforter also.

They are large spacious rooms. Plenty of room and space to work, entertain a couple people on the couch and chair and not have to only sit on beds

The bathrooms need updated and tiles cleaned of mold and mildew. Missing tiles on the floor. Toilet not anchored to the floor. Chips in the tub, no bathroom stopper.

The location was good and easy to get to. The bed was comfortable and I liked there was a microwave in the room. I liked the couch and chair sitting space in the room as well.

Our bedding was dirty upon arrival. Like there was actual food stuck on the bedding not stained just not washed. Crumbs in chair in room. The ice machine that was advertised on every floor was nonexisting except for on floor two. Advertise that had vending machines it did not. Mini fridge in room was not cold at all. We did not use it. Our food would’ve gone bad. We had to use a cooler. Since we had to use a cooler course, we had to travel up and down to a different floor to continue to keep ice in it since there was no ice on each floor. Hot tub was out of service. We did not use the pool. It was an indoor pool, but it was super cold not heated. I did not like that there was no seating areas outside to smoke just one little metal bench out in the parking lot at the front of the building. The elevator needed some serious work. It was super slow and super loud. It was kind of scary to be honest. Most of the staff the younger girls were super sweet and nice. The older receptionist were very snarky. Advertised a buffet breakfast. We were there for three nights, toast and bagels and apples and yogurt in a waffle machine was your option one morning second morning there was scrambled eggs and sausage and apples and yogurt and waffle machine. This is not the buffet that I was expecting, but it was doable.
