Slept okay

Bathroom tub slow to drain. The breakfast wasn’t very well stocked. The hotel could not find the reservation from Booking.com and I feel that they just felt they had to give us a room. No one at the front desk to check out and so we waited for 10-15 for some one to come.

It had all the amenities I wanted, good location, pool, fitness room.

The fixtures were getting old like the tub.

I loved the room, it was like a mini apartment. It had wall seperating living room from bedroom side. The living room /common room had an island table, mini fridge, microwave. Was a very large and well kept room for the price. With a TV on both bedroom and common room. I also left my sons tablet in the room and called to asking anyone found it. Thank you to their staff for the honesty and returning tablet

Wished they had more variety for breakfast, more fruit, eggs, etc

I liked the location. It was easily accessible to everything we needed to do.

The $100 damage deposit they sprung on me on check-in. Also, the game machine took my nephews money. An employee told him it would be refunded to me on checkout. The employee working at checkout informed me the facility doesn't own the machine and he can't do that. Also, when we went to breakfast on Siunday morning a bunch of staff members appeared to be helping themselves to the breakfast food along with putting it in their backpacks. They also didn't refill the coffee after being told by several guests that the coffee was out

Nothing to do with the room I booked so different and the girl at customer service called me 30 minutes from my check in time to tell me that she doesn’t have my room so I have to call the company I booked through so the can fix that issue

Very clean. Courteous staff. Comfortable pillows and bed.
