It has a lot of character and is ideally situated to walk to restaurants and sights.

Front Desk was awesome, both the night of check-in and the next morning. The room layout and furnishings were terrific. We loved the architecture and the level of upkeep. A true gem. The lighting in the room - best ever. Seriously...so many choices I'd make. If I owned a cool hotel with such character. Wyndham has honored the character of the place. Truly felt like a special hotel. Valet guys were great, too. Oh, you had really good coffee.
Apparently the room wasn't vacuumed, haha. If so, not well because there was a pill on the floor.
This is So Picky, but there was no Hand/Face soap in the shower. Just two bottles of shampoo and one conditioner. (Actually, one of the shampoos was the same color as the hand soap by the sink, so... I think this was perhaps a housekeeping shortcut.)
Did either of these things put a damper on our stay?

It was a very unique accommodation. It was tastefully designed.
The beds were not truly queen size rather they were full-size. The rooms were a bit small. The bathroom and toiletries could’ve been cleaner and more plentiful. The pre-stocked alcohol in the room is not conducive to an alcoholic. The parking was a bit hectic. The parking attendant that evening had the most overwhelming offensive body odor and sweat making it difficult to pass by the front desk.
