Clarion Inn Harpers Ferry-Charles Town

the location was very convenient for everything. It wasn't too busy or loud. The breakfast was convenient. The staff was friendly. It was nice that you got a discount for the restaurant next door as well as for river riders.

The pool was closed when we visited. There was a stain on our shower curtain. It got really hot in our room, even with the AC set to 61 degrees... The breakfast food, specifically the eggs and potatoes, were very low-average tasting.

Like that they had the restaurant and bar. Breakfast was good.

They had a Glade Plug In in our room and the smell was very intense. Had to locate and unplug. They should not do this because of allergies

Staff was Very Nice~ Having a Restaurant and Bar on Premises was a Plus. We were Lucky enough to be there on Tuesday Nite for some fun with Karaoke with Michelle❣️

The Bath Tub was so slippery even with a Shower Mat. Being Seniors, that could have been a problem if We didn’t catch Ourselves! Water from the Shower was on the floor… should have been a Liner. Staff was made Aware 😊

Complimentary breakfast was adequate, a nice feature. I liked the location of this hotel as well. The restaurant was nice that it was right there with live entertainment.

Specifically booked with this hotel because I wanted adjoining rooms, got there and one room key did not work because the door knob was dead so I had to move rooms, away from my kids. No one seemed to care about that. Toilet was dirty, There was one roll of tp almost done and the other was less then half left so needless to say we ran out. The key stopped working on one room, the other room just randomly stopped locking again maintenance had to come up. Just a headache over and over I spend way too much time at the front desk. Pool was a cute feature, heating did not work. Loved the attached restaurant. Yes it needs updating but I have seen worse. I would say I feel like I overpaid for this experience.
