Room was ok

Strange guests. Lots of weed smell around. No place to smoke in rain, yet weed smell everywhere. Mold in room due to AC. After putting towels to dry on the rail balcony rail outside of my room, we were told it's not allowed yet as I said smell of weed each time I step outside in the evening.

Manager Maurice is very professional. He made sure I had everything I needed for my stay.

The room was filthy and the toilet ran over into the floor and there was blood on the bedspread.

No breakfast no housekeeping and the guest below us was knocking out n the floor complaining about a 1 month old and a one year old crying at night around bedtime my grandchildren got no rest I work and was very tried as well from not getting rest. The location was great and the lady at the front desk was great but the manager need to get control of his building I was the lead housekeeping supervisor and I knew that the service could have been way better

Nothing. I’ve done nothing g wrong at any InTown suites me and my kid stayed there a while last year a multiple ones and never had 1 single issues minus the first place we stayed for a month but I paid my dues and everything that happened there I paid them for!! And nobody can tell me why I’m on this list to do not rent to make no sense. And I just can’t ever go there again for what?? I get nothing. Just nope never mind. Me and my kid sat outside I. My mom car for over an hour with all our stuff packed in the car and litwrwkky no options no where else for me to go because at the previous hotel I got charger for late check out seeing as check in here was at 3!! I had literally just enough money in my account to stay for a week here nothing more nothing less. And I had no where to go because it’s cheapest place for me and my 2 yr old aughtwr to go. Only one could afford now in just banned over nothibt.

They offered to refund all of my money for the stay because of the bed bugs.

My room was infested with bed bugs. My wife and daughter looked like a game of connect the dots when we left.

Good location

Outdated. Soft dip spots on the floor. Black mold smothered over with tubes of silicone.
