The bed was comfortable and it was quiet

The pool wasn't clean. It was very hazy and mildew on the walls of the pool. The hallway ceiling by my room leaked. They had a big cart there to catch the water. The ice machine and microwave by the machine had mildew on them. My room had hair and dirt on the floor. The room smelled stale. The desk person working on Sunday had trouble setting me up with a room. He wasn't very pleasant. He then gave me a room which had not been cleaned. He then gave me another room. The attendant who was there Monday morning was very pleasant to talk to. I thought 84.00 was a bit much for the room I paid for, since I couldn't use the pool.

Our was clean and modern. beds were comfortable. staff was nice. good location.

Our in room coffee maker didn’t work. We told staff but was not offered a replacement. We were told that there was coffee in the lobby 24/7. However, when we went to the lobby for coffee the pots were empty on several occasions.

There were live bugs, including beetles, on the walls in the room as well as in the ceiling lights. the room looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned, there was dust on the headboards, hairs and dirt between the sheets, and grime on the toilet. Garbage had stuff in it and everything had a thin layer of dust on it. the covers were stained as well. Just felt icky, couldn’t really sleep well because of it.

The beds were decently comfortable. That's the only nice thing I can say about this hotel.

The room smelled so bad, like stale smoke and mustiness. It woke me up throughout the night every time the heat kicked on, it was that bad. The front desk sprayed, but it didn't do much to help. The pool was so cold we couldn't use it, they had a vent fan open to the outside, in February. The breakfast was cereal and toast and really bad coffee. The room was dingy and poorly kept. I would not stay here again.

Not a big deal But, the TV remote did not work so we could not watch TV except the channel it was already on.

I really appreciate how pet friendly the hotel is. The location is near to I-70, which was convenient for my travels. I was making a this stop half way through a cross-country trip, and I was exhausted. Knowing that we didn't have to pay a pet fee brought peace of mind. The front desk was friendly

The bathroom lighting was dim. The fixtures and finishes are a bit outdated, which made me feel unsafe. The communal breakfast space was okay. The refrigerated items seems questionable.
