The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet and clean.
The food was not that great, flat pillows with no support, and no room service. We needed to put our trash and towels outside the room in the hall, and then get the replacements ourselves from the front desk. This was after we were told housekeeping would come on the third night and they never showed up for the five nights we were there. This was truly disappointing.

The bed was quite hard.

Rather large hotel. Very nice staff. Breakfast was adequate but could use improvement.. convenient location near restaurants and shopping
Our room smelled like old cigarettes

No towels at the pool two nights in a row. Leftover pizza box sitting in the fridge and fridge door open, smelled musty and gross so i had to switch rooms the first 5 minutes after getting there.
