The Plaza Hotel - Milwaukee

It's in a great location to downtown while still feeling quaint and residential. Includes a perfect kitchenette with a fridge, toaster, and oven/gas range. Shower head pressure was excellent and the bathroom has decent built-in storage to hold our toiletries. Absolutely fantastic diner, too (I bought a mug from there as a souvenir). Really cannot understate how charming, yet updated, our premier king room was. I can see how appealing it would be to stay at the Plaza for an extended stay. It wasn't the cheapest, but I am pleased with the three nights I spent there.

Location good

No complaints

Hotel looks amazing and has a vintage feel from the outside and in the shared spaces. But you step into a modern well equipped room with all the amenities you could want. Full gas stove? Didn't use it but I could have! Beautiful tiled bathroom. Room very incredibly clean and smelled nice. Also a rug on the floor! A rare thing to find in a hotel. The staff? Amazing. In particular the breakfast staff, the chefs and waiters, checked in often, made sure I had everything I needed. Food was excellent, catered to a vegan diet, everyone was very knowledgeable. Everyone was nice and kind.

Wish I could've stayed longer!
