Location

The room was unlocked after I checked in and went to the room. If I had arrived later to an unlocked room, I would not have felt safe.

Great room space

There were no safety lock on the back door..

We stayed 2 nights and only had one towel each.. not enough to be able to go swimming in the pool and take showers. No one came to take the old towels and give us new ones.. The frig didn't make my drinks cold enough.. The room was really small. It would've been nice to have a chair for each of us and a small table.. It was me and my husband. One really nice thing was the office guys and the people around us were really nice. The room we had would be great for one person. But all in all it was ok.

Good location close to the center of town

The 1st room which the price was advertised for was horrible, small no furniture dirty. Front desk was helpful. I paid extra 75 to be moved into double queen which was better but still dirty. Bought cleaning supplies and sheets to make it as comfortable as possible

Like the upgrades and a lot of new things

Had issues with a toilet seat broken and no cable tv brought to the attention of front desk and was not fixed or followed up on

Location was great. The air conditioners were old but worked great. The pool areas were nice, but we didn't use them.

Place was dirty. Bathroom floor had hair all over and the floor through out turned my bare feet black. The patio furniture was old and dirty. Couldn't sit on them without putting a towel down. Spiders adorned the bedroom ceiling. Our 'suite' had 2 tvs. 1 in each bedroom. Neither 1 worked. The remotes didn't work either. The front desk guy rebooted the 1 tv that did have cable but it would stop working and remotes wouldn't do anything. My 81 year old Dad had nothing to watch all day while my hubby and I went to an event. He was very disappointed. Will not stay here again.

The Customer service at the counter was very good! Two young men sitting at reception was very friendly, Courteous!

The room had no adequate pillows! Plus the bathroom faucet was broken! Toilet sit was moving while you try to sit! Room was not clean enough! The cheapest smelly towels they provided, no enough toiletries in the bath room! I won't go to the same place again on my next visit!

Place was nice and quiet

Hot tub outside could have been open, hot tub inside needs new water, our room.floors weren't vacuumed and it smelled musty
