Cute and Cozy property

Check-in was super easy and fast. A staff member walked me to the room and opened the door for me. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Pleasant experience.

The shower is a bit small but did the job. The sofa was pretty low. It rained during the night and a small leak appeared in the ceiling. The only window was in the bathroom.

This property has a homey feel especially because it’s in a residential area. As a solo female traveler this place always makes me feel safe

We had one of the larger rooms with a kitchenet. It had been updated and the room was very clean.

No counter area in bathroom to put our bathroom personal items for shaving, make-up, etc....

Older property but well kept and great staff.

The location was great. Very close to the convention center & near good restaurants. The rooms & grounds were clean. I did not feel very safe as anyone could access the property. They should have a locked gate that only paid guests can access.

The gate to the property was unlocked. Anyone could access the property. It should be locked w/ access to only employees & paid guests. I was disturbed by the front desk clerk as he had to access a circuit breaker from my room to accommodate another room,

Lovely little place a bit off the beaten track and totally unexpected. It's well run with thoughtful touches and very hospitable folks running it. There's a pretty little garden round the back if you were looking for a place to read or chill.

Great location. Friendly staff. We had the Cabana suite and it was quite spacious, clean and we loved we could park right in front of our room. The check in/out process was super easy. We only stayed 1 night while visiting friends, and we enjoyed our stay, we would deff stay again.

We have been coming here for over 5 years. It is our go to place before and after our cruises. Over the years we see constant improvements. The staff is friendly and helpful.

We stayed 4 nights precruise in the cabana as we like self catering. Walgreens nearby meant we could get a covid check if still needed. The room was as pictured and spacious. The courtyard nooks were pleasant places to read and the cat visited us a few times. The cabana had two TVs, a giant fridge, daily towel change and the bed was comfortable. We appreciated a late check out and we chanced on the maintenance guy who kindly unblocked the very blocked bathroom sink. We found Publix supermarkets about a mile walk away very good for ready meals, and the neighborhood was safe to walk round. And the price was good.

As international travelers we rely on accommodation that meets certain basic needs which were surprisingly lacking. Oasis might like to consider supplying (without having to be asked) a tea towel to dry dishes and some form of draining tray to limit the mess of wet dishes. We appreciated the coffee maker, when it seems other rooms have none, but since it takes unsupplied coffee capsules it was useless for anything except hot water. A toaster would have been a simple cheap and helpful addition. The bathroom door scrapes the floor badly and could do with trimming. We would happily stay again if in the area but others might appreciate it if these irritations were attended to.
