Bed was nice n WiFi was excellent

Had 2 roaches in my room I saw and got rid of.

I liked the full size fridge so we could shop at store and not have to eat fast food all week

The shower head stream was a little weak

It was pretty clean and quiet.

I stayed a week and i had to take my own trash to the dumpster because they wouldn't due to the fact that i was there for a week and its concidered like my home away from home so i need to take the trasn out .

The space was great !!! The bed was so very comfortable!!! I loved it here

The shower head was not good ( but I could live with that ).. people live here long term so the rooms smell like smoke

The nasty tub, the fact that they put on sheets with cigarettes burns on the bed, front desk staff rude, so many different people at front desk NOONE KNOWS WHAT'S GOING ON!!!ASK FOR APT TO BE SPRAYED FOR BUGS.NEVER HAPPENED..,. Lost money in the washer machine that they don't even own had to contact someone at 800 number but still waiting on my refund the housekeepers don't use mops to clean your floor you just walking on the same trash as they sweep up. They never cleaned under the bed under the bed was nasty it took 3 weeks for a peace for the tub to come. I know the owners don't know what's going on at this place but they really need to get involved!! A old used toilet left on stair way where guest pass and we had to look at that and smell that it was there for 2 to 3 days.

That shower to be repaired and the mold part replaced!! That you at lease replace towels ONCE A WEEK, OR TRADE THEM IN FOR FRESH TOWELS and give your guest TOILET PAPER!! A PROMISE TO FIX SOMETHING, AND NOTHING GETS DONE!!! This is not a bargain this is just nasty!! You make it seem good on the internet, but this is a train wreck for me. I have higher standards than what you are giving me........ NEVER A MANAGER OR OWNER YO SPEAK TO!!

The nasty tub with mold in it!! The nasty toilet I had to ask for a new toilet seat the hole in the shower that I asked to be fixed, still waiting the attitude of the front desk, lying to customers about fixing the room. The ROACHES I HAD TO KILL!! The NO TOWELS FOR A WEEK OR TOILET PAPER AT ALL!!! The fact that the office is open ONLY FROM 11AM TO 7 PM!!! WHEN YOU HAVE GUEST WITH WITH QUESTIONS OR NEEDS!! NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE WHEN YOU CALL THE FRONT DESK DURING OFFICE HOURS, YOU HAVE TO CALL 3 TO 4 TIMES. The nasty,dirty floors, y'all don't even have a mop or swiffer to clean the floor, you use a towel on a broom!!! just NASTY!! I'm not used to places like this!!!
