Free parking for guests is an absolute win. Pool looked brilliant but didn’t get a chance to use. Casino floor massive too.
Staff trying to push tickets for shows on you but I just said no thanks.

The restaurants were GREAT! 😋 Every dish I tried was absolutely excellent. From the presentation to the flavor, they did not disappoint! I definitely ate GOOD while I was there! 🍽️❤️ also liked the fact if you didn’t have a room on the floor it would not allow to the floor. Key card had to work the elevator.
There were just a few things I didn’t like. The room didn’t appear to have been vacuumed or mopped thoroughly, and there was noticeable dust sitting on the phone in the room. Nothing that ruined the trip, but definitely areas that could have been cleaner and better maintained.

The cleanliness of the room and the staff was helpful. One exception for the staff was the check-in clerk at the kiosks. He was very rude when I had a question about payment (evening of 9/23). However, the woman the next day helped check in our friend and she went above and beyond.
The clerk at the check-in kiosk. Also, hate that everything was nickel and dimed to death, i.e. lounge chairs at the pool. Also, the lack of instructions/communication of how things work. I tried to call the front desk to request handsoap that was empty only to wait on hold for 5 minutes before giving up. Fortunately, a few minutes later I came across some instructions of how to request via text. The phone probably needs to have the quick call buttons removed if they aren't going to be monitored.
